How we handle your Complaints
If you are not fully satisfied you can contact us and tell us about your complaint. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 20 days, you can contact our Compliance Manager on (07) 3878 1844 or put your complaint in writing. We will try and resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.

C A Insurance Brokers is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction by us you have the right to refer the matter to FOS who can be contacted on 1800 780 808.
